Connecting Smart Cards to the Internet

If they are going to play a role on the Internet
then smart cards have to be connected to the
Internet. Dr. Guthery will describe work he
is doing adapting Internet protocols to the
smart card platform and the use of these
protocols by applications on the smart cards
found in mobile telephones.
