Consuming Addresses
Thirty consumer processes feed from address queue in round-robin fashion.
Establishes TCP connection and reports received SSH identification string.
Terminates connection by sending SSH-1.0-SSH_Version_Mapper to SSH Server.

Address Exclusion
Reads an exclusion file that specifies the hosts not to be scanned.
Private and multicast networks excluded by default.
