After being on full-time assignment to Internet2 since January 1997, I have returned to the University of Michigan in a new position in the Dean's Office at the Medical School as the Director for Enabling Technologies.
Before Internet2 I worked at the University of Michigan Information Technology Division (now called Information Technology Central Services) where up until January 1997 I had a wide variety of responsibilities as a Director/Senior Manager of the Division, including serving as director of the Center for Information Technology Integration.
I participate in various external activities and give presentations around the world (and occasionally write about things, but not as much as I used to). I received my bachelor's degree in Biology from Boston College and my Masters of Business Administration from The University of Michigan. My hobbies are travel, photography, cooking, and reading.
